Call the Compass Card Customer care number through 604.398.2042, 1.888.207.4055 (toll free)

By Online

  • Download and Fill the online form
  • Enter the customer name, email, phone number, Address
  • Enter the Compass card number, CVN (backside of your card)
  • Enter your security question
  • Enter some details to request for refund whether your card is monthly adult / concession pass / Dya Pass / Westcoast Express Return
  • Enter the last stored value
  • If you lost cash in vending machine, you can select the box
  • Finally verify your information and send to the below address
