Visit the Bike locker location to rent / do it online. Cost of renting is $10/month (plus GST and a $50 refundable key deposit, 3-month minimum rental period required).

I can’t access my Bike Parkade. What may be the reason?
You may have a negative balance on your Compass Card. If so, the Bike Parkade door won’t open and you won’t be able to drop off or retrieve your bike, even if you’ve already paid for your daily usage or you’ve reached your monthly-fee cap. Please load value to your Compass Card or call the Compass number on the back of your card for assistance.
What is Autoload? Why you need to set autoload for Bike Parkade?
If you have a low balance, the bike parkade door will not open. So it is recommended to set autoload.

If your bike weighs above 18 kg, you have to use the bottom racks
Will you permit to keep the bike in the bike parkade for long days?
No, long term storage is not permitted. If the bike is kept for more than 4 days is considered abandoned and removed from the storage.
