Children 12 and under ride free when accompanied by a fare paying passenger possessing proof of payment. A maximum of four children can travel free per paying passenger. (Fare-paying passenger not required for bus travel)

- Use a Compass Card, Compass Ticket, contactless payment cards, or mobile wallet.
- Tap your card, ticket or mobile wallet to the card reader at the fare gates (or validator for West Coast Express) as you enter and exit a station to validate your fare.
- Tapping reserves the fare for a 3-Zone trip, or a full-distance trip in the case of West Coast Express.
- When you tap out, the system calculates the fare zones you’ve travelled and charges you the correct fare. This applies to all products, including Monthly Passes.

Where you can find the SkyTrain Metro Station Assistance Counter?
Location: Commercial-Broadway Station at street level inside the North stationhouse above Platforms 1 and 2 and has accessible entrances on both Commercial Drive and Broadway.
SkyTrain Assistance Counter Hours: It is staffed by SkyTrain Attendants during all station operating hours. The Attendants assists customers with directions, system maps, brochures and real-time transit updates.
How can you find, if an item lost on SkyTrain Metro Station?
Transit:
- If you’ve found any lost items on Transit (Compass card, wallet, backpack, etc.,), you might submit the item through one of the options given below. Note: Transit employees will not accept items that were not found on transit.
Compass card:
- If any person find a Compass card, you may deposit the card into the Compass Card Donation Kiosk, located at YVR–Airport Station.
