  • Tapping reserves the fare for a 3-Zone trip, or a full-distance trip in the case of West Coast Express.

Where you can find the SkyTrain Metro Station Assistance Counter?

Location: Commercial-Broadway Station at street level inside the North stationhouse above Platforms 1 and 2 and has accessible entrances on both Commercial Drive and Broadway.

SkyTrain Assistance Counter Hours: It is staffed by SkyTrain Attendants during all station operating hours. The Attendants assists customers with directions, system maps, brochures and real-time transit updates.

How can you find, if an item lost on SkyTrain Metro Station?

Transit:

  • If you’ve found any lost items on Transit (Compass card, wallet, backpack, etc.,), you might submit the item through one of the options given below. Note: Transit employees will not accept items that were not found on transit.
